Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM SOLUTION
Mower doesn't run when switch lever is activated. A. Check safety key installation. B. Release switch lever, remove key, turn mower over, check blade freedom. C. Check battery charge.
Motor stops while mowing. A. Release switch lever, remove key, turn mower over, check blade freedom. B. Raise cutting height. C. Check battery charge. D. Circuit breaker may have tripped (resets automatically); slow down or raise cut height.
Mower runs but cutting performance is unsatisfactory or does not cut entire lawn. A. Check battery charge. B. Release switch lever, remove key, turn mower over, check blade sharpness and deck/chute for clogging. C. Adjust wheel height to higher setting.
Mower is too hard to push. A. Raise cutting height to reduce deck drag. Check wheel rotation.
Mower is abnormally noisy and vibrates. A. Release switch lever, remove key, turn mower on side, check blade for damage. If damaged, replace. If underside of deck is damaged, return to service center. B. If no visible damage, remove blade, rotate 180 degrees, retighten. If still vibrates, return to service center.
