This product comes with a limited warranty covering material, parts, and labor for up to 1 year, and 5 years on the compressor.

Turning the Appliance ON: Press the Power button. The last active function will appear. Always turn off using the button, not by unplugging. Ensure the drain plug is secure before powering on. Press MODE to select desired mode (Cool, Dehum, Fan, Heat).
Cool Mode: Ideal for hot weather. Set desired temperature using Temp Up/Down buttons. Select Fan Speed (High, Med, Low, Auto).
Dehumidify Mode: Ideal for reducing humidity. Fan speed is automatic (Low). Exhaust hose recommended.
Fan Mode: Select desired fan speed (Low, Med, High).
Heat Mode: (For applicable models) Select target temperature (61°F-88°F). Select Fan Speed (High, Med, Low, Auto).

Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The unit will not start when pressing ON/OFF button A. Water tank may be full (display shows E2 in COOL or DEHUMIDIFY, or E4 in HEAT). A. Drain the water. Reset the temperature.
Not cold enough A. Windows/doors open. B. Heat sources in room. C. Exhaust duct disconnected/blocked. D. Temperature setting too high. E. Air filter clogged. F. Unit takes ~3 minutes to start cooling. A. Close windows/doors. B. Remove heat sources. C. Connect duct and ensure airflow. D. Lower temperature. E. Clean air filter. F. Microprocessor delay.
Noise or vibration A. Surface is not level or flat. A. Place unit on a flat, level surface.
Unit does not function and displays "E2" in COOL or DEHUMIDIFY mode, or "E4" in HEAT mode. A. Water tank needs draining. A. Refer to the "Water Drainage" section.
The LED display shows error codes "EO", "E1" or "E3". A. EO: Ambient temperature sensor issue. B. E1: Condenser temperature sensor issue. C. E3: Evaporator temperature sensor issue. A. Contact Customer Satisfaction Center for error code assistance.
The remote control does not function A. Nothing appears on LED screen. B. Temperature and symbols appear, but selection cannot be changed. A. Press LED button on remote. If no illumination, change batteries. B. Ensure remote points to receiver within 23 feet with no obstructions.
