Basic Operation
Powering On/Off: Insert the plug and press the power button ($⌛$) to switch on. Press the same button to put the appliance on standby.
Modes: Select operating modes (Auto, Silent, Sleep, Air Conditioning, Dehumidification, Fan) using the mode selection button.
Temperature and Fan Speed: Adjust temperature using the Up/Down buttons. Select fan speed (Minimum, Medium, Maximum) using the fan speed selection button.
Swing Function: Activate to move the air outlet flap up and down for even air distribution.
Timer: Program delayed start-up or shut-down.
Remote Control: Use the remote control to operate all functions from a distance.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| The appliance does not turn on when pressing ON/OFF button. | The appliance is not plugged in. There is no current. |
Plug in the appliance. Check if a circuit breaker has flipped off and in case reset circuit breaker. Otherwise wait. |
| The appliance works for a short time only. | Room temperature is lower than the setting temperature. There are bends or kinks in the air exhaust hose. |
Reset the setting temperature. Position the air exhaust hose correctly, keep it as short as possible and free of bends. |
| The appliance turns on and off rapidly. | The air filter is soiled. | Turn off the appliance and clean the filter. |
| The appliance is working in air conditioning modes, but does not cool the room properly. | Unfavourable ambient conditions: windows, doors and/or curtains are open. Close doors, windows and curtains. Eliminate the heat sources. Turn off the appliance and clean the filter. Setting temperature should be lower than ambient temperature. Wait approximately 4 minutes and listen for compressor to restart when set in air conditioning mode. |
| Unpleasant odours during operation. | Air intakes and/or air outlets are obstructed. The technical specification of the appliance is not adequate for the room size in which it is located. Unpleasant odours in the air may enter the appliance and spread. The air filter is soiled. |
Check and remove any obstacles obstructing air in- or/and out takes. Reconfirm that the cooling capacity is adequate for the room in which it is located. Turn off the appliance and clean the filter. |

| The appliance is noisy. | In order for the appliance to work, the appliance produces some noises that are considered normal. At the top of the appliance, a sound of rushing air being moved by the fan can be heard. High efficient compressors may occur high-pitched sound during air conditioning operation. A gurgling or hissing noise is normal during operation. This is caused by the flow of refrigerant. |
