Warranty Information

Bosch Power Tools typically offers a 24-month warranty on their products.

The Indego XS 300 robotic mower is designed for domestic lawn mowing. Before operating, ensure the area is clear of obstacles and wildlife. Always switch off the mower using the isolator switch before performing any maintenance, transport, or storage. Children should be supervised. Wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Avoid operating in bad weather conditions. Maintain balance on slopes and wet grass. Press the STOP button in case of any hazard. Correct installation of the perimeter wire is crucial. Periodically inspect the mower and its components. Use only official Bosch replacement parts. Store the mower in a secure, dry place during winter. The USB interface is for software updates only. Batteries are only replaceable by qualified Bosch technicians.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Possible Cause Remedy
LED on the charging station is blinking The boundary wire is cut, too long, or too short. Wire not connected and mower not in charging station. Check if the boundary wire is uninterrupted and has a length between 20 and 250 m. Then switch the power supply on and off again. Follow the instructions in the installation manual for setting up the mower.
Strong vibrations/noises Loose blade screw Tighten the blade screw to a torque of 2.5 Nm.
Damaged/bent blade Replace the blade (see figure J).
Mower does not drive correctly into the charging station Boundary wire not correctly laid around the charging station Follow the instructions in the installation manual for laying the boundary wire.
Boundary wire near a source of interference Remove any excess (e.g., coiled) boundary wire around the charging station. Change the boundary wire ID in the menu.
Mower is not running Isolator switch not switched on Remove the mower from the charging station, switch on the isolator switch, and place the mower back into the charging station (ensure the charging station is operational – LED lights up green).
Possible blockage Always switch off the isolator switch first, then check the area under the mower. Remove blockages if necessary (always wear gardening gloves for this).
Battery not fully charged Place the mower in the charging station to allow charging. The charging station must be switched on.
Grass too long Mow the lawn with a conventional lawnmower on one of the lower settings.
Battery too cold/too hot The mower operates when the internal battery temperature is between 5 °C and 45 °C. Allow the mower to cool down/warm up. If the error occurs more frequently, place the charging station in the shade.
