Warranty Information

Refer to the product packaging or manufacturer's website for warranty information.

Starting and Stopping

To start, press and hold the safety button (2), then squeeze the switch lever (1) towards the handle and release the safety button (2). To stop, release the switch lever (1).

Mowing

Place the machine on the edge of the lawn, working away from the power point. Position the cable to the opposite side at the end of each turn. Avoid operating in heavy conditions when the motor labours. If the motor labours, stop mowing, release the switch lever, and raise the cutting height. The motor has a safety cut-out activated by blade jamming or overload. Clear obstructions and wait for the cut-out to reset before continuing. Never mow in the rain or leave the mower outdoors while it is raining.

Blade Maintenance

Stop the machine, unplug it, and remove the grassbox. Turn the machine on its right side. Inspect the blade; replace if blunt or damaged. Use a spanner to remove the blade bolt, washers, and blade. Ensure the blade is fitted correctly and tighten the bolt firmly. If difficult to remove, use a screwdriver to lock the drive.

After Mowing/Storage

Clean the exterior with a soft brush and cloth. Do not use water or solvents. Remove grass and debris, especially from ventilation slots. Clean the blade area. Store the machine in a dry place. Loosen wing nuts to fold handles for storage.
