Problem Suggestion
Screen or microwave not functioning. Ensure the plug is in a grounded outlet. Remove and reinsert the plug. Reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse. Test the outlet with another appliance. Try a different outlet.
Screen works, but the oven does not. Ensure the oven door is closed properly. Check the door seal for packaging material or damage. Press Clear/Off twice and re-enter cooking instructions.
Power cuts out before cooking time is up. During a power interruption, unplug the microwave, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in. Reset the clock and cooking instructions. Reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse. Press Clear/Off twice and re-enter instructions.
Food cooks too slowly. Ensure the oven is connected to a separate 20-amp circuit. If not, use its dedicated circuit.
Sparks or arcing observed. Remove all metal utensils, cookware, or attachments. If using aluminum foil, use only narrow strips and ensure at least 1 inch of space from the interior walls.
Turntable is noisy or sticking. Clean the turntable, roller ring, and oven bottom. Ensure they are correctly positioned.
Microwave use disrupts TV/Radio reception. Position the microwave further from other appliances.
LED light is not working. Contact customer service.
Note: If the oven is set for over 30 minutes at 100% power, it will automatically reduce power to 80% after 30 minutes to prevent overcooking.
