Troubleshooting and error codes

| No display. The monitor remains blank although the PC is switched on. | Make sure the multiple socket outlet on the trolley has been switched on. Make sure all connecting cables and the power cord are connected to the monitor. Check the monitor settings (brightness, contrast, alignment etc.). |
| Keypad input not functioning. | Make sure the keypad is properly connected to the PC. Loosen the jammed keys and clean or replace the keyboard if liquid has penetrated the keyboard and the fault is permanent. |
| Mouse input not functioning. | Make sure the mouse is properly connected to the PC. |
| No sound reproduction. | If the monitor has integrated loudspeakers, make sure the monitor audio input is connected to the audio output of the PC. Make sure the sound function has been activated in the system settings. |
| No reproduction of data from CD/DVD. | Make sure the CD/DVD is clean, exhibits no major damage (scratches etc.) and is inserted the right way round in the drive. |
