Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Suggestion
Microwave display and oven do not function. Ensure the plug is properly inserted into a grounded outlet. Remove and reinsert the plug after 10 seconds. Reset the household circuit breaker or replace any blown fuse. Plug a different appliance into the outlet to test it. Plug the microwave into a different outlet.
Oven display functions, but the oven does not. Ensure the oven door is securely closed. Check for any packaging material or debris on the door seal. Verify there are no damages to the oven door. Press Clear/Off twice and re-enter cooking instructions. If there was a power interruption, reset the clock and cooking instructions. Reset the circuit breaker or replace fuses. Plug a different appliance into the outlet. Plug the microwave into a different outlet.
Power cuts out before cooking time is complete. If a power interruption occurred, unplug the microwave for 10 seconds and plug it back in. If the power was cut, the clock display will show 00:00.
