Warranty Information

Two-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse or impact damage.

Opening and Closing the Lid: Move the button to "OPEN-ABRIR", turn the upper part of the lid handle to the right until the lid mark aligns with the lower handle mark, then lift the lid. To close, align the marks and turn the handle to the left until it clicks. Always ensure the pot is depressurized before opening.
Starting Cooking: Check that the operating valve is not blocked. Fill the pot with a minimum of 25cl of liquid. Do not fill above 2/3 capacity (1/2 for foods that expand). Place on maximum heat, and when steam escapes, reduce to minimum. Cooking time begins when steam is released.
During Cooking: Reduce heat when steam escapes regularly. Keep children away. Monitor cooking times. If steam escapes from the edges, check the seal, gasket, and cleanliness.
Opening the Pot: Turn off heat and set the selector to "desvaporizar". Wait for steam to stop escaping. Open the pot using the handles. You can speed this up by rinsing under cold water.

Troubleshooting and error codes

SituationCheck
If no steam escapes from the operating valve and the pot makes no noise during cooking• Pressure has not built up. (Normal in the first few minutes). If it persists:
If this situation persists• The heat source is strong enough.
• The pot contains at least 25cl of liquid.
• The operating valve is correctly fitted, clean, and free of residue.
• The pressure cooker is closed correctly.
• The gasket or the pot rim is not damaged.
If one of the safety systems engages• Immediately turn off the heat source.
• Let the pressure cooker cool down.
• Check the operating valve and valve seat (depressurize the pot first).
If steam escapes from the edges of the pressure cooker lid• The closure of the pot.
• The good condition of the gasket.
• The correct position of the gasket in the lid rim.
• The cleanliness of the lid, safety valve, and operating valve.
• The good condition of the pot and lid rims.
If the lid will not open• Depressurize the pot.
• Ensure there is no pressure left inside. Briefly heat the pot without the operating valve if necessary.
If food is undercooked or burnt• The cooking time used.
• The power of the heat source.
• The correct placement of the operating valve.
