Camera Setup & Basic Operation:
1. **Loading Battery:** Insert a 6-volt battery, ensuring correct polarity.
2. **Battery Check:** Press the check button; a red LED indicates sufficient power.
3. **Attaching Film Back:** Align latches, press lower end until locked. Withdraw dark slide.
4. **Film Loading:** Open back cover, insert film spool, draw out leader, attach to take-up spool, wind until starting mark aligns.
5. **Advancing Film & Cocking Shutter:** Rotate film winding crank once clockwise.
6. **Setting Shutter Speed:** Rotate the shutter speed dial. Red numbers indicate full second settings, white numbers indicate fractions of a second.
7. **Taking a Picture:** Press the shutter release button smoothly.
8. **Unloading Film:** After the last frame, rotate the crank until it turns freely. Open back cover and remove film holder.
9. **Interchanging Lenses/Finders:** Ensure shutter is cocked. Align and attach/detach as instructed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Shutter cannot be released 1. Shutter release button is locked. Unlock the shutter release button.
2. Dark slide is inserted. Withdraw the dark slide.
3. Film winding crank not rotated fully. Rotate the film winding crank until it stops.
4. Shutter is not cocked. Cock the shutter using the film winding crank.
5. Lens is not properly attached. Reattach the lens securely.
6. Lens release button is depressed. Release the lens release button.
7. All frames exposed. Load new film.
Image streaking or underexposure with slow shutter speed Film winding crank rotated before shutter speed completion. Ensure shutter speed completes before advancing film.
Battery not powering electronic functions 1. Battery not loaded. Load the battery correctly.
2. Battery exhausted. Replace the battery.
3. Battery polarity reversed. Ensure correct battery polarity.
