  • Send exposed film to an authorized developing laboratory for processing and return on a reel.
  • The film is reversal type; be careful with manually operated aperture.

Other Operations:

  • How to Use the Hand Grip: Stands up to lock; fold by pressing grip locking lever upwards. Serves as battery chamber.
  • Loading of Batteries: Mercury batteries for electric eye; penlight batteries for film drive and power zoom. Check battery power level using test buttons.
  • Eyepiece Adjustment: Adjust for clear view of aperture scale and prism screen.
  • Filming Speed: 18 fps is standard. 24 fps for slower motion effect, 12 fps for dark indoors or emphasizing movement.
  • Three-Way Switch: OFF (power off), R (power on), RC-RL (running lock and remote control).
  • Single Frame/Continuous Running: Use release socket for single frame (12 fps) or continuous running.
  • Eyepiece Shutter: Set to "CLOSE" to prevent light entry.
  • Panning: Horizontal movement for continuous shots. Avoid rapid movement. Tripod recommended.
