Getting Started: Charge the battery pack before use. Connect the compact power adapter to the camcorder and plug it into a power outlet. Attach the battery pack by sliding it up until it clicks. Charging begins when the POWER switch is turned to OFF (CHARGE), indicated by a flashing red CHARGE indicator that turns off when charging is complete.
Basic Operation: The POWER switch turns the camcorder on/off and toggles between recording (CAMERA indicator) and playback (PLAY indicator) modes. Use the joystick to navigate menus and select functions. Press the FUNC. button to access menus and make adjustments.
