Getting Started
1. Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
2. Connect the compact power adapter to the camcorder's DC IN terminal.
3. Attach the battery pack to the camcorder.
Charging the Battery Pack
Charging starts when the camcorder is turned off. The ON/OFF (CHG) indicator turns red during charging and goes out when fully charged.
Removing the Battery Pack
1. Slide the BATTERY RELEASE switch and hold it pressed.
2. Slide the battery pack and pull it out.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| No power | Battery not attached | Attach the battery pack. |
| No power | Battery not charged | Charge the battery pack. |
| Cannot record | Memory card is full | Replace the memory card or delete files. |
| Cannot record | Memory card not formatted | Format the memory card. |
