Getting Started: Charge the battery pack before use. Plug the compact power adapter into a power outlet and connect it to the camcorder's DC IN terminal. Attach the battery pack by sliding it until it clicks. Charging starts when the POWER switch is turned to OFF (CHG).
Basic Operation: Use the joystick to navigate menus. Push the joystick to select items or change settings. Press the joystick to save settings or confirm actions. Press FUNC. to access menus and adjust settings like language, time zone, and date/time.
Recording: Open the lens cover. Rotate the LCD panel for monitoring. Insert a Mini DV cassette. Slide the OPEN/EJECT switch to open the compartment, insert the cassette, and close the cover.
Troubleshooting and error codes
