Starting up the projector

  1. Plug in the power cord and turn on the wall socket. Check the POWER indicator light.
  2. Remove the lens cap.
  3. Press POWER on the projector or remote to start it. The POWER indicator light flashes green and stays green when the projector is on. Adjust focus if necessary.
  4. Select the OSD language if prompted.
  5. Enter a password if prompted.
  6. Switch on all connected equipment.
  7. The projector will search for input signals. You can also manually select the input signal.

Using the menus

  1. Press MENU to open the OSD menu.
  2. Navigate to the desired menu (e.g., DISPLAY, PICTURE, INPUT, SYSTEM SETUP).
  3. Use arrow keys to select options and adjust settings.
  4. Press OK/IMAGE to confirm selections.
  5. Press MENU to exit and save settings.

Selecting the aspect ratio

  1. Press MENU and navigate to the DISPLAY menu.
  2. Highlight Aspect and select the desired ratio (Auto, Real, 16:10, 16:9, 4:3).

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Cause Remedy
The projector does not turn on No power from the power cable. Plug the power cord into the projector and outlet. Ensure outlet switch is on.
Attempting to turn on during cooling process. Wait for the cooling process to complete.
No picture Video source not on or connected correctly. Turn on video source and check signal cable.
Projector not correctly connected to input signal device. Check the connection.
Input signal not correctly selected. Select correct input signal using SOURCE key.
Lens cover is still closed. Open the lens cover.
Blurred image Projection lens not correctly focused. Adjust focus using the focus ring.
Projector and screen not aligned properly. Adjust projection angle, direction, and height.
Lens cover is still closed. Open the lens cover.
Video signal timing requires fine-tuning. Adjust Phase in the IMAGE menu.
Remote control does not work Battery is out of power. Replace the battery.
Obstacle between remote control and projector. Remove the obstacle.
Too far from the projector. Stand within 8 meters (26 feet).
The password is incorrect You do not remember the password. See "Resetting the password function" on page 32.
The LAN function cannot be used LAN control settings or cable connection problematic. Verify LAN settings and cable connection.
Web page not shown or not responding. Reload the page, check IP address, and log in again.
