Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
Phone does not power on Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is completely discharged, allow it to charge for at least five minutes before attempting to switch on the device.
No signal Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly. Check network coverage in your area.
Cannot make or receive calls Check if the phone is powered on and has signal. Ensure you have entered the correct number. Restart the phone.
Cannot connect to the internet Ensure data services are enabled and that you have a network connection. Check your APN settings.
Water damage Water damage that occurs as a result of covers not being fitted securely will not be covered by the warranty.
Device damage from dropping Deliberate abuse of the device may cause damage and invalidate the warranty. If the device is dropped, take it to a qualified service center for inspection.
