The Cat S41 is a rugged smartphone with a long-lasting battery that can even charge other devices. Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
Device not charging Ensure charger is plugged into an AC mains plug that is in close proximity to the device and easy to access. Try pressing and holding the Volume up and Power keys until your device powers down. After your device is reset, it will restart automatically.
Device not powering on If the battery is completely exhausted, your device may not power on immediately after charging starts. Allow the battery to charge for a few minutes.
Screen brightness too low/high Adjust the screen brightness by dragging the slider in Display > Brightness level. You can also enable Adaptive brightness.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on in Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi. Select a network and enter the password if required. Check for obstacles blocking the signal.
Bluetooth not connecting Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in Settings > Wireless & networks > Bluetooth. Make sure devices are within 10 meters of each other and not obstructed. Pair the devices by following the on-screen instructions.
Device is wet If used in salt water, rinse the device afterwards to avoid salt corrosion. Ensure all components and covers are properly closed before using the device in water.
