| Device not charging | Ensure charger is plugged into an AC mains plug that is in close proximity to the device and easy to access. Try pressing and holding the Volume up and Power keys until your device powers down. After your device is reset, it will restart automatically. |
| Device not powering on | If the battery is completely exhausted, your device may not power on immediately after charging starts. Allow the battery to charge for a few minutes. |
