For safe use: Read instructions carefully, ensure voltage matches, do not immerse cord or product in water, keep hands dry, inspect power cord, do not expose to weather, avoid ironing very damp fabrics, do not damage power cord, no external timers, turn off and unplug when not in use and before cleaning. Do not iron clothes while worn. Use only recommended accessories. Place on a dry, stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Do not touch hot surfaces. Unplug immediately if fire or smoke is observed. Do not leave unsupervised. Do not connect when filling or emptying water tank. Tank cap must not be open when iron is on. Tap water is recommended, or a 50/50 mix with low-mineral water if tap water is hard. Be careful with hot parts and steam to avoid burns. Do not direct steam at people or animals. Ensure surface stability. Prolonged use at max temp may cause discoloration but not affect function. Do not attempt self-repair. Ensure cleaning and maintenance as per manual. Unplug before moving or cleaning. Ensure iron is completely cool before storing. No water in tank if ambient temp is 0°C or below. Do not unscrew cleaning valve when connected. Store in a dry, safe place. Cecotec not responsible for damage from misuse. Misuse voids warranty. Damaged cord must be repaired by official service. Cleaning/maintenance not for children. Not for children under 8. Usable by children over 8 with continuous supervision. Persons with reduced capabilities can use under supervision/instruction and understanding risks.
