The CE-100T-8 is a Layer 1 mapper card with eight 10/100 Ethernet ports that map to unique SONET circuits in a point-to-point configuration. It supports Ethernet private line services and high-availability transport. Features include carrier-class reliability, errorless provisioning, and hitless upgrades. It supports IEEE 802.1Q CoS and IP ToS for priority queuing, autonegotiation, and flow control. It also provides end-to-end Ethernet link integrity support and RMON/SNMP for network monitoring. Supports VCAT and CCAT circuits for SONET transport, with encapsulation options like LEX over GFP-F or HDLC framing. Supports terminal and facility loopbacks, J1 path trace, and SONET alarms.
