Placing a call

Dial the number and lift the receiver, or press the headset or speakerphone button.

Answering a call

Lift the receiver, or press the headset or speakerphone answer button.

Transferring a call

Use Warm Transfer (dial number, wait for answer, then transfer) or Blind Transfer (dial number, then transfer). Voicemail Transfer is also available.

Placing a call on hold

Press the Hold button or ## during an active call.

Retrieving a held call

Press the Hold button or ##.

Starting a Conference call

Press the Conference button, dial the other party, and then press the Merge button to connect.

Parking a call

Press the Park soft key or ##*3, note the park location.

Retrieving a Parked Call

Press *, followed by the park location.

Paging

Press *84, then follow the prompt.

Initiating an Intercom call

Press *85, then follow the prompt.

Recording a Call

While on an active call, press *9 to start recording and press *9 again to end.

Hot Desking

Press Login, enter extension and voicemail pin.
