Search for users by name or extension. To dial, press the Directory button, select Corporate Directory, search for the listing, and press Dial SoftKey.
View missed, placed, and received calls. Press the Directory button, select the desired log, and press Select SoftKey. You can dial directly from the log.
During a call, press the volume button and adjust up/down. Press Save SoftKey to confirm. For ringer volume, press the volume button while the handset is in the cradle.
Access 13 programmed ring tones via the Applications button. Navigate to User Preferences, select Ringtone, Set, and Apply.
Lift handset or press Speaker, then dial. For preview dial, enter the number without lifting, then press Dial SoftKey.
Press Hold/Resume Button to place a call on hold. Press again to resume.
For screened transfer, press Transfer Button, dial the extension, announce the call, and hang up if accepted. For unscreened, press Transfer Button, dial extension, hang up when it rings.
Press Transfer Button, then # and dial the extension number.
During a call, press Park SoftKey, note the park number, and hang up. Retrieve by entering the park number from any phone.
During a connected call, press Conference Button, dial the number, and press Conference Button again. Repeat to add more parties.
Lift handset and press Redial SoftKey. Pressing Redial SoftKey without lifting allows hands-free redial.
Send incoming calls to voicemail by pressing iDivert SoftKey while the call is ringing.
To forward to voicemail, press CFwdAll SoftKey and then Messages SoftKey. To forward to another station, press CFwdAll SoftKey and dial the extension. To cancel, press CFwdAll SoftKey.
Receive a second call on the same line. Press Answer to connect to the second call (first call on hold). Use Hold and Resume to alternate between calls.
