Your phone features a touchscreen interface and programmable buttons for various functions.
Turn on/off your phone
Press and hold the Power button to turn the phone on or off. Briefly press to lock/unlock.
Calls
To answer a call, swipe Answer/Call to the right. To make a call, access the Cisco Phone app, tap Keypad, enter the number, and tap Answer/Call.
Call Features
Mute your microphone during a call by tapping Mute. Hold a call by tapping Hold. Transfer calls by tapping More, then Transfer to number, and entering the number. Create a conference call by tapping More, then Add call.
Other Features
Access voicemail, add contacts, and manage call forwarding through the Cisco Phone app.
