Turn On/Off Handset

Press and hold the Power/End button until the screen turns on or off.

Report Emergency Situation

Press and hold the Emergency button for 3 seconds to call a predefined emergency number and activate the speakerphone.

Lock/Unlock Keypad

Press and hold the Asterisk (*) key to lock or unlock the keypad. Emergency numbers can still be dialed when locked.

Navigation

Use the outer ring of the Navigation cluster to scroll through menus and the inner Select button to choose items.

Volume and Mute

Use the Volume buttons (+/-) to adjust ring volume (idle) or speaker volume (during call). Use the Mute button to toggle mute on/off.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Cause Solution
Handset screen displays "Searching" The handset is too far from the closest base station or the base station is not active.
  • Wait a few minutes to see if communication is restored.
  • If the problem persists, check base station power.
  • If the handset was moved, move it closer to the base station. Consider adding another base station for better coverage.
