Placing a Call
- Using the Handset: Pick up the handset, dial the number, press dial soft key.
- Speakerphone: Press speaker button or line button, dial number, press dial soft key.
- Headset: Press headset button or line button, dial number, press dial soft key.
Answering a Call
- Handset: Pick up the handset.
- Speakerphone: Press answer soft key or line button.
- Headset: Press the answer soft key to answer using a headset.
Ending a Call
- Press endCall soft key or replace handset.
Call Hold and Resume
- Press hold button to place a call on hold.
- Press resume soft key or flashing line button to resume.
Call Transfer
- Blind Transfer: Press bxfer soft key, dial number, press dial soft key.
- Announced Transfer: Press xfer soft key, dial number, press dial soft key, announce call, press xfer soft key.
Call Forwarding
- Enable: Press cfwd soft key, enter number, press dial soft key.
- Disable: Press -cfwd soft key.
Redial
- Press redial soft key, select number, lift handset or press dial soft key.
Do Not Disturb
- Press dnd soft key.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Microphone Mute | Press microphone mute button | Button glows red, other party cannot hear you. Press again to unmute. |
