Warranty Information

Covers defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months on mechanical and electrical parts, and 5 years on the sealed system and compressor.

Power Control:

Turns the unit on and off.

Mode Control:

Selects between Cool (blue light), Dehumidify (yellow light), and Fan (green light) modes.

Cooling Mode:

Cools air and exhausts hot air outside. Adjust fan speed and air temperature. Requires venting outside.

Dehumidify Mode:

Removes moisture from the air. Fan speed can be adjusted if room temperature is above 77°F; otherwise, it's fixed to "Low". Continuous drainage may be necessary.

Fan Mode:

Circulates air without cooling. Does not require venting.

Fan Speed Control:

Offers High, Medium, and Low settings.

Timer:

Allows setting an auto-off or auto-on time (1-24 hours).

Temperature Control:

Adjusts temperature (61°F-89°F) only in Cool mode. Toggling between Celsius and Fahrenheit is possible.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause & Solution
If air conditioner does not operate:
  • Check if unit is plugged in.
  • Press "Reset" button.
  • Check electrical wall receptacle voltage.
  • Check circuit breaker/fuse.
  • Check if the unit is in "Off" mode.
  • If warning light is on, drain water via the drain pipe.
Air conditioner is working but room is not cooling:
  • Check for heat-producing appliances; use exhaust fan.
  • Ensure exhaust hose is installed correctly.
  • Redirect airflow; remove obstacles.
  • Close doors and windows.
  • Clean or check air filter.
  • Ensure unit BTU is adequate for the room size.
  • Note that cooling may take longer on extremely hot & humid days.
  • Drain water via the drain pipe.
  • Ensure unit is not in Fan or Dry mode; select Cool mode.
