Powering On:
- Insert the power cord into the socket on the rear of the unit.
- Connect the mains plug to a power supply socket.
- Set the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
- The console display will illuminate.
Operation:
- Select a program using the PROGRAM SELECT button (HL, P1, P2, P3).
- Press START/STOP to begin.
- For manual mode (HL), use SPEED UP/DOWN buttons to adjust speed (1-50).
- Automatic programs (P1, P2, P3) have preset speed intervals.
- Use PULSE key and heart rate sensors to display heart rate.
- Press START/STOP to stop at any time.
Powering Off:
- Press the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.
- Unplug the power cable.
Troubleshooting and error codes
