Warranty Summary
Electric treadmills come with a one-year warranty for non-human damage, covering parts and labor under normal use conditions.
To operate the treadmill:
- Ensure the safety key is in place.
- Turn on the power switch.
- Press the start button. A 3-second countdown will begin.
- Adjust speed using the speed + and - buttons. Starting speed is 0.6mph.
- For safety, clip the safety lock to your clothing.
- Use the start/stop button to pause or stop during exercise.
- The display shows time, speed, distance, and calories.
- The treadmill has walking and running modes based on riser position (folded for walking, expanded for running).
