Operation Summary
Before operating the 48" Dozer Blade, thoroughly read the owner's manual and familiarize yourself with all controls and adjustments on both the tractor and the blade. Always ensure the area is clear of obstructions. Start with the tractor in first gear and increase speed gradually. Lower the blade to the ground before leaving the tractor and never run the dozer blade into heavy material at high speed. Regular checks of bolts, nuts, and hairpin cotters are essential for safety. Lubricate all pivot points for smooth operation. For improved snow removal, coat the blade with paste wax. Store the dozer in a protected area, touching up paint as needed and applying a light coat of grease to the blade.
