Assembly Instructions

3. Remove the original table boards and mounting supports.
4. Install the new table supports and front table, ensuring proper alignment.
5. Adjust table supports for levelness and to achieve consistent distance from the radial arm.
6. Level the front table, ensuring it is flat and parallel to the radial arm.
7. Follow specific steps for installing table boards on 40" and 44" wide models.
8. Make front table flat by adjusting screws as needed.
9. Disassemble and reassemble the motor/carriage and yoke components for proper fit and function with the guard assembly.
10. Follow detailed instructions for setting up the saw for ripping, including hold down, pawls, and riving knife.
11. Learn about different cutting techniques like crosscutting and ripping with safety precautions.
12. Utilize cutting aids such as push sticks and push blocks for safe and accurate cuts.
13. Perform maintenance tasks like replacing pawls and lubricating the blade guard assembly.
14. Refer to parts lists for identifying and ordering replacement parts.
