- Locking the Unit: Pull handle lever out, insert key and turn clockwise, release lever. If drawers don't open, push all drawers completely closed.
- Unlocking the Unit: Ensure all drawers are closed. Pull handle lever, insert key and turn counterclockwise, release lever.
- Removing Drawers: Empty the drawer, fully extend it. For Ball Bearing Slides, lift or lower release lever on both sides. For Tab Style, depress release tabs on both sides. For Friction Style, insert screwdriver into slot, push stop, pull drawer past lance.
- Installing Drawers: For Ball Bearing Slides, align cabinet slide with drawer slide, insert one side, repeat for other, push drawer fully closed.
- Drawer Liner Installation: Cut liner to fit each drawer.
- Divider Installation: Position dividers, thread screws through drawer bottom into dividers.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| The unit unlocks but the drawers still will not open. | One or more of the drawers are holding the lockbars from releasing. The cover on the chest is holding the lockbars from releasing. The release cables are not working. |
Completely close all the drawers and the lockbars will release to open the drawers. Apply a downward-pressure to the top of the cover to let the lockbars release. In an UNLOCKED position and pull the lock lever several times. |
| The unit locks but some drawers still are not locked. | The unit is leaning too far forward. One or more of the drawers are not completely closed. |
Position the unit on a level area. Unlock the unit. Close all drawers completely. Relock unit. |
