Warranty Information

Vacuuming: Ensure the collection tank is properly assembled. If performing dry pickup, ensure the cartridge filter is installed. For wet pickup, remove the cartridge filter and install the foam wet filter. Connect the hose to the vacuum port, plug in the unit, and turn on the power switch. Once finished, turn off the switch and unplug the unit.

Blower Operation: Remove the hose from the vacuum port and connect it to the blower port. Ensure the collection tank is empty and clean. Attach desired accessories. Plug in the unit and turn on the power switch. Always wear safety goggles.

Detachable Blower Operation: Release the blower from the vacuum lid. Attach the blower adapter and desired accessories. Plug in the unit and turn on the power switch.

Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The wet/dry vacuum will not operate. No power supply. Check the power supply, cord, breakers, and fuses.
Faulty power cord. Unplug and check the power cord. If damaged, have it repaired by a professional.
Collection tank is full. Empty the collection tank.
Switch in the wrong position. Press the ON ‘I' button on the power head.
The dust comes out from the motor cover. The cartridge filter is missing or damaged. Attach or replace the cartridge filter.
Vacuum has been used to collect fine dust, such as dry wall dust, fireplace soot, or ash, without a fine dust filter. Remove the standard cartridge filter and install the appropriate fine dust filter (available separately).
Incorrect use of foam filter when dry vacuuming. Replace the foam wet filter with the cartridge filter.
Reduced efficiency and motor/speed vibration. There are blockages in the nozzle, hose, or the collection tank inlets. Unplug and check nozzle, hose and collection tank inlets for blockages.
The cartridge filter is clogged by fine dust. Take off the filter and clean it or install a new cartridge filter.
Float valve has closed. Empty the collection tank of any liquid waste and ensure the float valve located underneath the filter is able to move freely.
