Operation

The CRAFTSMAN® Clamping Table is designed for maximum versatility, serving as both a clamping table and a solid surface table. It features adjustable jaws up to 9 degrees for holding irregularly-shaped workpieces and a step bar for added support. The table can be converted to a solid surface table by removing the center board. Adjusting the height involves loosening locking handles, repositioning the table, and re-tightening the handles. The jaws can be adjusted to clamp workpieces up to 4 inches wide. Swivel pegs and peg supports can be used to hold various shapes, including round workpieces horizontally or vertically. The table can be folded for storage and carrying by closing the jaws, loosening the top, pivoting to the folded position, and securing the handles. Opening the table involves pulling the front legs outwards until fully open. The table top can also be tilted to a desired angle.
