Assembly Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the workbench by moving it away from walls. Remove necessary hardware from the upper rail and completely remove the bottom rail to install the back panel. Secure the back panel (B) with hardware (AA, BB, CC). Secure the bottom rail with original fasteners.
Step 2: Remove the top and bottom front rails. Attach the door (A) using hardware (AA, BB, CC) through the pre-welded hinges. Use the specified mounting holes on the rails. Re-attach the front rails.
Step 3: Attach part F to the workbench top using hardware (DD).
Step 4: Attach the lock to the door. Insert the lock body (GG) through the door hole and secure it with the lock nut (HH). Test for smooth operation.
Step 5: Attach the bumpers (EE) to the workbench frame. Peel off the adhesive backing and position the bumpers using the door as a guide to prevent contact with the frame rails. Place one bumper at the top and one at the bottom of the door.
Maintenance:
Periodically clean surfaces with mild detergent and water. Apply auto wax to preserve luster and protect against scratches. Remove grease and oil with standard cleaning fluids (use nonflammable).
