Safety Warnings and Cautions:

• DO NOT stand on this product.
• Wear safety glasses when removing or repositioning slides.
• Push, do not pull, when moving.
• Bolt stacked products together.
• Attach casters and swivel casters on the same side.
• Use brakes when not moving.
• Be careful opening multiple drawers to prevent tipping.
• DO NOT mount on moving objects.
• DO NOT step in drawers.
• Secure product before forklift movement.
• DO NOT tow with power equipment.
• DO NOT alter the product.
• Keep product on level surfaces.
• Avoid overloading top drawers to prevent tipping.
• Be careful closing the cover.
• Close and lock drawers/doors before moving.
• Close drawers before locking cover.
• Maximum weight per drawer: 25 lbs.
• Maximum product weight (including contents): 300 lbs for tool centers.

Assembly:

Follow instructions for removing chest from roll-away, caster installation, mounting chest, and riser assembly. Hardware is listed.

Operation:

• Removing and Installing Drawers: Extend drawer, push back, insert screwdriver to depress stop, then remove. Reinstall by prying stop to engage lance and pushing drawer.
• To Lock Chest: Insert lockbar into top tray and down into base slot, close cover and lock with key.
• To Lock Roll-Away & Intermediate Chest: Insert lockbar into base slot, move to engage lock, and lock with key.
• To Lock Tool Center: Insert slotted end of lockbar through top tray slot, down through panel and into base slot. Slot fits over knob. Close cover and lock with padlock (not included).
• To Unlock Units: Reverse locking procedure.
• Plastic Bin Installation: Insert back of bin at an angle into sleeve, straighten, and slide.

Maintenance:

• Use high quality bearing grease for casters (yearly).
• Lubricate slides (twice yearly).
• Lubricate lock with graphite (yearly).
• Periodically clean drawer fronts, trim, and surfaces with mild detergent and water.
• Use auto wax to preserve finish and protect against scratches.
• Grease and oil can be removed with nonflammable cleaning fluid.
