Product Overview
The D-Link DNS-321 is a 2-Bay Network Storage Enclosure designed to share documents, photos, music, and videos across a network and the internet. It supports two 3.5" SATA hard drives and offers features like RAID 1 mirroring for data protection, built-in FTP server, scheduled downloads, and UPnP AV streaming capabilities. The device can be configured using its web-based utility or the included Easy Search Utility.
Installation Hardware Setup
- Slide the faceplate up until it unlatches.
- Pull off the faceplate to expose the drive bays.
- Insert 3.5" SATA hard drives into the bays, ensuring they are properly seated.
- Attach the faceplate back to the front of the device.
- Connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port.
- Connect the power adapter to the power receptacle.
Troubleshooting and error codes
