System Requirements: Requires 802.11ac/n/g router, broadband internet, and a compatible smartphone/tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows).
Setup with mydlink Lite:
1. Download the mydlink Lite app from your mobile device's app store.
2. Launch the app, create an account or sign in. Scan the QR code from the Quick Install Card or device label when prompted.
Zero Configuration Setup (with D-Link Cloud Router):
1. Press WPS button on camera for 3 seconds (WPS LED blinks).
2. Press WPS button on router within 120 seconds. Camera connects and reboots.
3. Access http://www.mydlink.com via web browser on any computer, log in, and add the camera when prompted.
mydlink Portal Access: After setup via app, access your camera remotely via www.mydlink.com by selecting it from your device list.

Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Camera view is hazy or bright in night vision mode. | IR night vision lights may be reflecting off a nearby surface or window. Reposition the camera to avoid glare. |
| Forgot camera password. | Perform a hard reset. Press and hold the RESET button for at least 10 seconds while the camera is powered on. This will restore factory default settings. |
