The DCS-5030L is an HD Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Day/Night Camera for home or small office monitoring. Key features include 720p HD resolution, H.264 compression, built-in IR LEDs for night vision, and two-way audio. It supports the mydlink Lite app for remote access from smartphones and tablets. Setup can be done via the mobile app or through Zero Configuration if you have a mydlink-enabled router. The camera offers pan/tilt control, digital zoom, and can be mounted on walls or ceilings. It connects via Wi-Fi or Ethernet and supports WPS for easy wireless setup. Motion and sound detection can trigger email notifications with snapshots or video clips.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Image on live view is blurry or out of focus | Manually adjust the focus of the lens by rotating the bezel on the front of the camera. |
| LEDs do not light up | Confirm you are using the provided 12V power supply and it is correctly connected. Check if LEDs have been disabled in Admin settings. |
| Camera's network connection is unreliable | Check the network cable or ensure the wireless connection is within range and free from interference. |
| Series of broad vertical white lines appear through out the image | Reposition the camera away from direct bright light sources to avoid sensor overload. |
| No images available through the Web browser | Ensure ActiveX is enabled in Internet Options (for Internet Explorer) and that you have the latest version of Java installed. |
