Product Overview

The DCS-8302LH Full HD Wi-Fi Camera offers a stylish design and sheltered weather resistance for home surveillance. It provides Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity.

Installation

Before installation, plan the camera location and ensure electrical suitability. Download the mydlink app, create or log in to your account, and follow the on-screen instructions to set up the device. Mount the camera using pole or wall mount options, ensuring proper placement for optimal Person Detection.

Using the mydlink App

Access your camera remotely via the mydlink app. Control audio, take snapshots, record video, use two-way talk, manage the siren, and adjust video resolution. Device settings allow for configuration of name, privacy mode, motion detection, storage, and more.

Troubleshooting

If the device is not working, reset and reinstall it. Ensure your router is connected and your mobile device has Bluetooth enabled. Voice commands can be used with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. microSD cards must be FAT32 formatted.

Issue Solution
Device not working properly Reset and reinstall the device. Ensure router is connected to the internet with Wi-Fi enabled, your mobile device has Bluetooth enabled, and the mydlink device is in range of your Wi-Fi network.
microSD card not working/not supported The microSD card must be formatted with the correct file system (FAT32). This can be done in the mydlink app under Device Settings > Storage > Format.
