Setup:
- Plug in the camera and wait for the Power LED to turn green.
- Download and run the free mydlink Baby app to set up your camera.
- Follow the app's step-by-step instructions.
Mounting (Optional):
- Place the mounting bracket and mark holes.
- Drill holes and insert anchors.
- Conceal the cable behind the bracket if desired.
- Fasten the bracket to the wall.
- Attach the camera to the bracket and connect the power cable.
- Adjust the arm angle and tighten the thumbscrew.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| White haze on video during night vision | Night vision light may be reflecting off a nearby surface. Try repositioning the camera. |
| App cannot find the camera | Ensure camera is powered on. If previously set up, ensure smartphone/tablet is on the same router. For new setups or remote use, connect to the camera's Wi-Fi network. Check Wi-Fi network name [myBabyCam-XXXX] and password on the camera's label. If still not found, reset the camera. |
| How to change accent rings | Rotate counterclockwise, lift off, place new ring, and rotate clockwise until it clicks. |
| How to select a different lullaby | Change lullaby within the mydlink Baby Camera Monitor app. |
