Introduction
The DCS-8620LH is an outdoor Wi-Fi camera with IP65 protection and IR night vision. It captures images at up to 25 fps in Quad HD resolution, supporting H.264 and H.265 codecs. AI-capable person detection reduces false alerts. Wireless 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 allow for remote access and configuration via the mydlink app.
Installation

- Wireless Considerations: Minimize walls/ceilings, be aware of direct line of sight, consider building materials, and keep away from RF-generating devices.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Device not working properly | Reset and reinstall the device. Use a paperclip to press and hold the Reset button until the LED turns solid red. Ensure router is connected to the Internet and Wi-Fi is enabled, your mobile device has Bluetooth enabled, and the mydlink device is in range of your Wi-Fi network. |
