Product Setup
1. Download the mydlink Lite app from your mobile device's app store (iTunes, Google Play, or Windows Store).
2. Launch the app and create or log in to your mydlink account. Scan the QR code from the Quick Install Card or device label when prompted.
WPS Setup
1. Press and hold the WPS button on the camera for three seconds.
2. Press the WPS button on your router or access point within 60 seconds.
Mounting the Camera
1. Detach the camera from its base.
2. Position the base, mark holes, and ensure the cable channel is oriented correctly.
3. Drill holes and insert anchors if needed.
4. Thread the power cable through the base.
5. Secure the base to the wall with screws.
6. Attach the camera to the base and adjust the angle.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |
| Hazy or bright view in night vision mode | IR lights may be reflecting off a nearby surface. Reposition the camera to avoid glare. |
| Forgot camera password | Perform a hard reset by pressing and holding the RESET button for at least 10 seconds while the device is powered on. |
