This guide provides instructions to install and configure the D-Link Gigabit Web Smart Switch DGS-1210-28.
The guide is divided into four parts:
- Hardware Installation: Step-by-step hardware installation procedures.
- Getting Started: A startup guide for basic switch installation and settings.
- Web Configuration: Information about function descriptions and configuration settings via Web.
- Command Line Interface: Information about function descriptions and configuration settings via Telnet.
The switch can be managed via Web-based Management or the D-Link Network Assistant (DNA). Each switch requires a unique IP address. Multiple switches can be managed conveniently using DNA without changing PC IP addresses.
