  • Powering On/Off: Press and hold the Power Key button until the boot screen appears to power on. To power off, press and hold the Power Key until the power off screen appears.
  • SIM Card Installation: Ensure the phone is powered off and disconnected from external power before inserting or removing the SIM card.
  • Making Calls: In standby mode, enter the phone number using the numeric keypad and press the OK or Dial key. Use the Right Soft Key to delete digits. Pick up the handset or press Hands Free for dial tone.
  • Receiving Calls: Incoming calls will display a ringtone and animation. Answer by pressing the dial key, picking up the handset, or pressing Hands Free. Reject calls using the Power key.
  • Basic Functions: Features include direct dial, quick dial from contacts and dialled lists, receiving calls, and ending calls.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem/Display Solution
"Enter PIN code" appears Enter your SIM card's PIN code. Contact your provider if unknown.
"Enter PUK code" appears Your SIM card is locked after three incorrect PIN entries. Enter the PUK code to unlock. Contact your provider if unknown.
"Insert SIM card" appears Ensure the SIM card is correctly installed. Test in another device. Contact your provider for a SIM swap if faulty.
Poor sound quality, echo, or noise Hang up and redial. If persists, contact your Network Provider.
"Not in service area. Network failure." is displayed Check signal indicator. Move to an area with better signal or coverage. Contact your Network Provider.
Standby time declines Weak signal requires more power to search. Power off when not in use. Battery may be old and need replacement.
Phone fails to boot Battery may be discharged. Charge the phone and try again.
Cannot send short messages Check SMS address settings and recipient number. Ensure sufficient funds for SMS.
Cannot add entries into phonebook Phonebook is full. Delete old entries.
Cannot charge Check charger function, ambient temperature, and connection/plug. Contact service provider if issues persist.
Cannot select some functions Service may be unavailable or unsupported by the network. Contact your operator.
