Troubleshooting and error codes

Question Answer
What can I do if I forget the password for my camera's web configuration interface? Perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the RESET button for at least 10 seconds. This will revert all settings to factory defaults.
Why don't the LEDs light up? Check the power supply and connection. LEDs may also be disabled in the Admin settings.
Why is the camera's network connection unreliable? Check the network cable, hub/switch functionality, and wireless signal strength. Consider environmental factors affecting Wi-Fi range.
Why does a series of broad vertical white lines appear throughout the image? The image sensor might be overloaded by bright light. Reposition the camera to a shaded area. Prolonged exposure can damage the sensor.
The camera is producing noisy images. How can I solve the problem? Consider using night mode in low light environments.
The images are poor quality, how can I improve the image quality? Check image settings like brightness, contrast, and refer to Image Setup.
Why are no images available through the Web browser? Ensure ActiveX is enabled in Internet Explorer settings and that the latest version of Java is installed. Older IE versions may require upgrading.
