The DVC-2000 is a standalone broadband videophone. To set it up, follow the on-screen Setup Wizard, entering personal and internet connection information. Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No Power Power Adapter not plugged in or is faulty. Plug in the Power Adapter. If the problem persists, contact D-Link Technical Support.
No Video Camera is covered or off. Uncover the camera. Press the Video Privacy button to enable video.
No Audio Microphone is muted. Press the Audio Privacy button to enable audio.
Cannot connect to internet Incorrect network settings or ISP issue. Verify network settings (DHCP, Fixed IP, PPPoE) in the Settings menu. Contact your ISP if the issue persists.
Call quality is poor Low bandwidth or network congestion. Check your internet connection speed. Close other bandwidth-intensive applications.
