Error Code Description Countermeasure
E0 Gas leakage • Check for refrigerant leakage at all piping connections.
• Recharge refrigerant if necessary.
E1 Communication error (Outdoor unit) • Check wiring between outdoor units.
• Check connection of connectors.
E2 Communication error (Indoor unit) • Check wiring between indoor and outdoor units.
• Check connection of connectors.
E3 Fan motor error • Check fan motor for damage or obstruction.
• Replace fan motor if necessary.
E4 Indoor unit P.C. board error • Check for loose connections.
• Replace P.C. board if necessary.
E5 Outdoor unit P.C. board error • Check for loose connections.
• Replace P.C. board if necessary.
E6 Indoor unit temperature sensor error • Check temperature sensor for damage.
• Replace sensor if necessary.
E7 Outdoor unit temperature sensor error • Check temperature sensor for damage.
• Replace sensor if necessary.
E8 Drainage error • Check drain pump and piping for blockage.
