Warranty Information

Refer to the "Installation" section for warranty details and authorized service.

  • Operating Modes: Select between Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan, and Heat using the MODE button.
  • Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired temperature. Temperature selection is not required in AUTO mode.
  • Fan Speed: Choose the fan speed (Auto, Low, Middle, High) with the FAN button.
  • Airflow Direction: Adjust the air direction with the SWING key.
  • Special Functions: Include night operation (SLEEP), timer (TIMER ON/OFF), display light (LIGHT), and X-FAN function for evaporator drying.
  • Emergency: In case of remote control loss, the unit can be operated manually using the AUTO/STOP emergency switch.

Troubleshooting and error codes

ProblemPossible Cause
When the unit starts up again, it doesn't function immediately. When the unit is turned off, the microprocessor waits three minutes before a new start-up, to protect the compressor.
Gives off an unusual odor once connected. The unit does not give off an odor by itself. It may be due to accumulated odor in the environment.
A running water sound is heard when the unit is running. It is the refrigerant gas moving through the unit's pipes.
In cool mode, sometimes the air coming out looks like mist. This may happen when the indoor temperature and humidity are very high. This occurs when the room air is cooled rapidly. After running for a while and the room's temperature and humidity decrease, the mist will disappear.
A creaking sound is heard when turning the unit on or off. This can happen due to plastic deformation caused by temperature changes.
The unit does not start. Is the plug properly inserted? Has a circuit breaker tripped? Is the main switch OFF? Is the voltage too high or too low? (Check by a professional) Has the TIMER ON function been set?
Heating or cooling efficiency is very low.Has the temperature been programmed correctly? Are the air outlets or inlets obstructed? Is the filter dirty? Are the doors and windows open? Has the fan speed been programmed adequately? Is there a heat source in the room?
The remote control is not functioning. Are there any interferences or frequencies that might occasionally prevent the remote from operating? If so, unplug and plug the unit back in. Is the remote control correct? Are there objects between the receiver and the remote? Are the batteries discharged? Perhaps the remote control is damaged.
If there is water dripping in the room. The air humidity is very high. The condensate water has spilled out. The connection between the indoor unit and the drain hose has loosened.
If there is a water leak outside. When the unit operates in Cooling mode, the connection pipe may have condensation. When the unit operates in defrost, the melted ice may flow. When the unit operates in Heating mode, the water adhering to the heat exchanger may drip.
The indoor unit emits noise. The sound may be emitted by the fan or compressor switch. When defrosting starts or ends, it makes noise caused by the refrigerant flowing in the opposite direction.
No air comes out of the indoor unit.*The unit will stop giving air when operating in Heat mode, and the heat exchanger temperature is very low. (2 minutes).
*In Heat mode, when the outdoor temperature is very low or there is high humidity, a lot of frost may form on the heat exchanger, which the machine will automatically defrost. Then the indoor unit will stop giving air for 3 to 12 minutes.
*In Dehumidifier mode, the fan sometimes stops to prevent the condensed water from evaporating again, restricting the temperature.
Humidity in the outgoing air.*If the unit is operating under very high humidity for a long time, the humidity will condense on the outlet grille and may drip.
H1: DefrostThis is normal.
