Troubleshooting and error codes

Mess. Description Possible Solutions
Err P Setup error: Reset procedure not completed correctly. Control board awaits commands. - Check for obstructions or excessive friction during motor operation.
- Apply START impulse to initiate reset.
- Check if maneuver was successful. If necessary, manually move gate wings.
- Adjust motor/motor settings and force.
Err 3 Photocells and/or safety devices activated or damaged. Check the proper functioning of all safety devices and photocells.
Err 4 Possible damage to the control board power circuit. Disconnect and reconnect power. Apply START impulse; if error persists, replace control board.
Err 5 Motor operation time exceeded: motor/motors exceeded maximum operating time (5 min) without stopping. - Apply START impulse to initiate reset.
- Check if maneuver was successful.
Err Obstacle search time exceeded: With inactive anti-crushing sensor, an obstacle was detected that prevented wing movement for over 10 seconds. - Check for obstructions or excessive friction during motor operation.
- Apply START impulse to initiate reset.
- Check if maneuver was successful.
Err None Motor movement error. - Ensure motors and encoder are correctly connected.
- Check J5 and J9 jumper positions.
- If error persists, replace control board.
