Connect the power adapter to the computer and press the power button. The battery may go into power-saving mode during shipment.
Follow on-screen instructions for Windows or Ubuntu setup. For Windows, connecting to a network for updates is recommended. Sign in with a Microsoft account or create an offline account. Complete the Support and Protection screen.
Locate and use Dell apps from the Windows Start menu. These include Dell Product Registration, Dell Help & Support, SupportAssist, Dell Command Update, and Dell Digital Delivery.
