  • Monitor Setup: Connect the monitor to your computer using the appropriate video (VGA or DVI) and USB cables. Plug in the power cord and turn on the monitor and computer.
  • Front Panel Controls: Use the buttons on the front of the monitor to adjust input selection, PIP/PBP settings, menu navigation, brightness, contrast, auto-adjust, and power.
  • OSD (On-Screen Display): Access the main menu by pressing the MENU button to adjust various settings like positioning, image, color, OSD settings, language, PIP/PBP, and audio.
  • Adjusting Image: Use the OSD to fine-tune brightness and contrast. The auto-adjust function can optimize the image automatically.
  • Stand Adjustment: The monitor stand allows for tilt, swivel, and vertical extension for optimal viewing angles. It can also be detached.
  • Troubleshooting: Refer to the "Solving Problems" section for monitor-specific, video, USB, sound bar, and card reader issues.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No image on screen Monitor is not turned on. Press the Power button.
No image on screen Video cable is not connected securely. Ensure the video cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer.
No image on screen Incorrect input source selected. Press the Input Select button to cycle through the available input sources.
Flickering or distorted image Incorrect resolution or refresh rate. Ensure the computer's display settings are configured to the monitor's optimal resolution (1920x1200) and a supported refresh rate.
Flickering or distorted image Loose video cable connection. Check and secure the video cable connection.
Monitor does not turn on Power cable is not plugged in. Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the monitor and a working power outlet.
Monitor is not recognized by computer (USB) USB cable is not connected or faulty. Ensure the USB cable is securely connected and try a different USB port or cable.
Card reader not working Card not inserted correctly or incompatible. Ensure the memory card is inserted correctly and is compatible with the reader.
